Inside Change > Outside Change
Every time I feel unhappy with my body, there's always a step to take that will compulsory make me out of my comfort zone. It's compulsory to make sacrifices to get rid of old habits and introduce new ones.
Close an old cycle and start a new one.
When I start to see results it's makes me realise that sacrifices made, were worth it and it makes me keep going on a path to do better.
When I get close to my goal and see how much I changed and I realise that the outside change is less than the inside change.
So I love myself more because what changed inside and not outside, it's true we all looking to look good at the end, but this game is all about how strong you are inside and that reflects on the outside.
Most people can't achieve their desired body because they just want to look good and that's not enough.
